50 Shades of Honey will change the way consumers buy local honey.  This industry is primed and ready to explode.  Local honey is in huge demand but until now, it has been a game of “hide and seek” to find the product.  Once consumers find it at their local Farmer’s Market or specialty shop, prices for local honey are all over the board and rising each year.
